由於香港天文台會在明日（九月十九日）早上九時至十一時之間改發三號熱帶氣旋警告信號，教育局宣佈肢體傷殘兒童學校明日（九月十九日）停課。

As the Hong Kong Observatory will issue the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 between 9am and 11am tomorrow (September 19), The Education Bureau has announced that classes of schools for children with physical disability will be suspended tomorrow (September 19).
